Territory

The winery is surrounded by the Todini’s vineyards predominantly on the south-side. The hilly area is mitigated by the close lake "Corbara" which ensures a perfect ventilation of the vineyards and protects the vineyards from pathogens who could compromise the perfect quality of the grapes.
The clay soil with its volcanic shingles, the temperate weather and perfect day-night temperature excursions, allow the development of many aromas in the skin of the grapes giving to our wines an olfactory complexity and a perfect aging potential.

In this ideal climate and soil conditions our enologists Maurizio Chioccia and Paolo Lodi, using their long experience, select carefully every bunch of grapes, checking wisely on temperatures during the fermentation of the harvest and on the following maturation process in french durmast barriques. The result is the production of complex and elegant wines.
